Al graduated at Juniata College, taught at Tressler Orpahn's Home where he had been raised, then taught history at the Carson Long Institute at New Bloomfield, and then taught at West Perry High School, and finally at Shippensburg State College where he retired. Ancestry.com offers: "Ramer Name Meaning - German: occupational name, perhaps for a dairy farmer, from Middle High German rom cream, or for a frame or loom-maker, from Middle High German ram(e) frame, loom. Possibly and altered spelling of German Römer (see Roemer)."

She joins her Lord and Savior after fighting a long and difficult battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her friends and family. Debbie is predeceased by her father Albert Ellis Snow Jr. and mother Mary Inez Snow (Black). Debbie is described by her loved ones as a woman whose heart knew no bounds. Debbie graduated from George Stevens academy in 1975. She worked and became a medical assistant at Blue Hill Family Medicine. She cared for her patients and coworkers a great deal. Debbie enjoyed gardening, watching nature, house plants, having fires and spending time with friends and family. Debbie is survived by her loving husband, Joe (Harold) Peak 'my Joe,' daughter, Terri Snow; Stephanie Sarnacki; son, Jody Peak; granddaughters, Sydnie, Theia and Sophie; great-grandson, Leamen; brothers, Jack, David and Brian; sisters, Peg and Shari; nephew, Brandon; and many more nieces, nephews and cousins."
