He d. testate at Barnstable July 24, 1732, Æ 43 (g.s.) On June 16, 1710 of record at Barnstable, John m. Thankful Gorham, dau. of Lieut. Col. John Gorham and Mary Otis, b. Feb. 15, 1690/91 at Barnstable. She was appointed Mar. 28, 1733 administratrix of her husband's estate, but no record has been found when she died. John and Thankful had six children both born and baptized of record at Barnstable, who will be summarized at a later date: Hannah, John, twins Bethiah and Mary, Capt. Nathaniel, and Thankful.
