Sheila was born in Lubec, the daughter of Rita Ingalls Brodie and Carlton Brodie of Lubec, both deceased; and was the wife of Harold "Sonny" Knight. She is survived by her four siblings, Brian Brodie, Patricia Archer, Carleton Brodie Jr. and Brenda Bryant and their families. Sheila was a wife and mother, and devoted her life to caring for her family: her husband of 62 years, Harold; her son, John S. Knight and his wife, Dianne, of Bucksport and grandsons, Jared and Jake; her daughter, Cynthia Brodie Esq. of Portland and granddaughter, Emily; and her daughter, Pamela Smallwood and her husband, Michael, of Oakland and grandsons, Samuel and his wife, Robin, Jesse and his wife, Jadian, and Caleb and wife, Krista."
