She was born in Cuyahoga Falls, and lived in Kent and Greensburg before moving to Uniontown, where she had resided for the past 55 years, farming with her late husband. Mrs. Ritzman attended college at Kent Normal School and taught school in Greensburg many years ago. She was a member of the Suffield United Church of Christ. She is survived by sons, Harold G., of Crossville, Tenn., Wayland L., of Uniontown; daughters, Mrs. David (Fayne E.) Fox and Mrs. Gene (Pauline M.) Fox, both of Suffield; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Wayland Lowther, of Arcadia, Calif., Arthur Lowther, of Kent, and Robert Lowther, of Massillon."
