[9209] The Evening News [Harrisburg, PA], 6 April 1926, p. 13: Funeral services for James O. Senseman, superintendent of transportation of the Valley Railways Company, who died yesterday afternoon in his office at Lemoyne, will be held at his home here on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. C. O. Dierols, pastor of the St. John's Lutheran Church, of which Mr. Senseman had been a member, will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery. Arriving at his office at the usual time yesterday morning, Mr. Senseman was apparently in good health. Shortly before 9.30, however, he was seized with pains in the head. Dr. S. E. Mowery, of Mechanicsburg, was summoned. Ho made arrangements for the removal of Mr. Senseman to the Harrisburg Hospital. He died at 12:25, before the arrival of the ambulance. Mr. Senseman has been with the company for twenty-five years and in his present position for the last fifteen years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and former grand chancellor of the domain of Pennsylvania, Knights of Pythias. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Senseman; two sons, Wilbur, at home, and Herbert, of this city; four daughters, Mrs. George Leach, of Altoona; Mrs. Mark Ulrich, of Pittsburgh, and Mildred and Hilda Senseman, at home, and a brother, Tolbcrt C. Senseman, of Shiremanstown.

Wolfgang, age 83, of Valley Road, Hegins, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born on Sunday, January 10, 1932, in the Mahantongo Valley, a son of the late Robert E Wolfgang and the late Jennie Geist Wolfgang. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a self employed coal miner for over 50 years. He was a member of the Joliett Fire Company, the Independent Miners and Associates, and the Joseph Holmes Safety Committee. Robert enjoyed farming, watching NASCAR, going to auctions, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; by five brothers, George, William, Lester, Marlin, and Kenneth Wolfgang; four sisters, Pauline and Ruth Wolfgang, Beatrice Schlegel, and Ethel Hatter; by a great grandson, Cole Wolfgang; and by a daughter in law Laurie Wolfgang. He is survived by his wife Betty L Lucas Wolfgang, to whom he was married for 60 years. He is also survived by five sons, Robert T and his companion Lori of Dewey, AZ, Terry and his wife Peggy of Hegins, Scott of Joliett, Keith and his wife Bonnie of Joliett, and Troy and his wife Rebecca of Good Spring; a daughter, Melissa A of Hegins; twelve grandchildren Danielle,Valerie, Robert K., Tamara, Angela, Adam, Matthew, Ashley, Scott, Jonathan, Jennifer, and Lauren; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Eleanor Hoke of Lebanon and Lila Lucas of Donaldson; and several nieces and nephews."
