Mr. Dilgard died unexpectedly yesterday morning at his residence. He was co-owner and general manager of the Major Appliance and Jenco companies for 12 years retiring in January, 1958. He ha been a real estate broker here since 1940. Mr. Dilgard was a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, Westminster Presbyterian church, Sertoma and High 12 clubs. F&AM lodge at Mansfield, Scottish Rite and Antioch temple, Dayton, and the Masonic Council chapter and commandery. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Barbara Gatch of Columbus; a son, Victor W. of Dayton; two sisters, Mrs. Hannah Lytle of Smirhville, 0., and Mrs. Marie Swineford of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother, Earl, of Wcoster, and four grandchildren."
