His wife was the late Bertra (Counter) Gray of Lake Wegantic, Canada. He was a member of the First Baptist Church South Blue Hill, Knights of Pythias, Wallingford, and was employed at the Shoate School for Boys, Wallingford. Besides his mother he is survived by a son, Gaston, 6; daughter, Caroline, 4, both of Wallingford; a brother, Everett Gray of Northeast Harbor; a sister, Mrs. H. B. Gilbert, Jr., of Town Hill; a nephew; two nieces; several uncles and aunts."

Leach, 87, passed away Saturday evening, February 11, 2023, at the Aroostook House of Comfort, Presque Isle, following an extended illness. She was born June 20, 1935, in Presque Isle, the daughter of George I. Sr. and Evelyn C. (McIntee) Leach. She was a graduate of the Presque Isle High School, Class of 1954 and was a communicant of the Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Denis Catholic Church, Fort Fairfield. Christine had been employed by the Presque Isle Chamber of Commerce as a secretary for more than 20 years and was instrumental in facilitating the yearly Spudland Open Golf Tournament. She also took part in the preparations for the Trans-Atlantic Balloon Expedition from Presque Isle to France. Christine also worked with the Aroostook Area on Aging and was a C.N.A. at the Presque Isle Nursing Home for a number of years. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, Santa Maria Circle No. 427, Fort Fairfield, where she served as past treasurer and the Fort Fairfield Sunshine Club. Christine loved to sing and play the guitar. In addition to her parents, Christine was predeceased by four brothers, Richard, Morris, George Jr. and Darrell Leach; two sisters, Phyllis Pendexter and Evelyn Miller; a special nephew, Danny Witham. She is survived by her special friend, Veronica J. Rochford of Fort Fairfield; special nieces and nephews, Mike Leach and Glenn Leach, both of Presque Isle, Jim Witham of Caribou, Karen Yercha of Scarborough, Rene Larsen of Fort Fairfield; great-niece and great-nephew, Jade and Josh Larsen, both of Fort Fairfield. She also leaves behind her beloved Godchildren, Tracy Rochford LeVasseur, Ryan Drost and Jade Larsen; and a wonderful family friend, Sandra Thornton."

[55203] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 8 September 2020: "Exeter - Laurice Everett Weeks, 92, died September 5, 2020 at a Bangor hospital. He was born September 19, 1927 in Carmel, a son of Ervin and Marion (Collins) Weeks. Laurice had been out on his own from a young age joining the Merchant Marines and later the U. S. Army. When he returned home he worked in the woods and farmed. He also worked at Abbott Woolen Mill in Dexter, Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna, and the Hartland Tannery. His children remember him as a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Laurice is survived by his son Robert of Exeter; a daughter, Kathy Moore of North Hartland, Vermont; two sisters, Madelyn French of Rockland, Lillian Hand and husband Ralph of Bangor; 2 grandchildren, Trevor Moore and girlfriend Meredith, Jessica Bernatchy and husband Lucas; 2 great-grandchildren, Haleigh Moore and Mason Bernatchy."
