[56174] Find A Grave memorial 56997568 offers: "Henry was the son of Isaiah Bridges and Sarah Stiles. He was born in Dennysville, Washington County, Maine and married Keziah J. Wilbur of neighboring Pembroke in 1859. They couple had children Lelia Miranda born about 1859, Sarah Ruth born 1862, Earl Leopold born 1871 and Carl Murray born abt 1876. Sarah and Carl died young. Henry ran a general store at the wharf located at the Head of the Tides in Pembroke. He purchased the Chickering farm on Leighton Point Road. This home, which is still standing and in good repair today, known as the Bridges House, is somewhat unique in that he elevated his story and a half home and set it atop a new ground floor when his son Earle moved in upon his marriage. Henry is the grandfather of Henry Styles Bridges born in 1858 in Pembroke who became a Governor of the State of New Hampshire and a Senator."
