Hunt, 81, of Dunn Road, New Carlisle, Ind., passed away on Saturday, July 5, in Miller's Merry Manor of New Carlisle. Mildred was born on Nov. 2, 1921, in Osceola, Ind., to Albert R. and Edith C. (Hawkins) Brundydge, both of whom preceded her in death. Mildred married Robert L. Hunt in Mishawaka, Ind., in 1942. He preceded her in death in 1957. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Stephen in 1977. She was formerly an assistant manager with McCorey's Department Store. She was also a past member of the New Apostolic Church of Crumstown, Ind. Mildred is survived by her children, Richard (Ginny) Hunt of Pensacola, Fla., Denny (Linda) Hunt of Park Rapids, Minn., Peggy (Jerry) Hamm of Kissimmee, Fla., and Timothy (Charlotte) Hunt of New Carlisle. Mildred is also survived by seven grandchildren, Stephen, Kevin, Ray, Booby, Joey, Staci, Angela, Amber and Erin; and by six great-grandchildren, Andrew, Cassi, J.J., John, Maxwell and Jesse. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.Wednesday, July 9, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N.Main St., Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, in the New Apostolic Church, 5602 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend, with Rev. Karl Geipel officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind."

She was a daughter of Thomas and Magdalens (Sansonderfer) Lindner who was also among the Rush Pioneer families.
