Conrad may have m. (1 or 2) Catherine Stowe according to "Straubs, Smiths and Extended Family" on http://wc.rootsweb.com by Christina Straub (who also provides the date and place of his second marriage). See "Book Two: The Rice Family - The Immigrants," Rosemary E. Bachelor, Editor, pp. 162, 169, and "Records of the Annual Hench and Dromgold Reunion...," Lelia Dromgold Emig, Ed. (Harrisburg, PA: The United Evangelical Press, 1913), pp. 86 & 118. Conrad is in the federal census of 1850 in Saville, Twp., Perry Co., PA with Eleanor Rice, age 20. "History of Perry County...," H. H. Hain (Harrisburg, PA: 1922), p. 1054 reports that Conrad Rice was a member of the church building committee in 1840 and in 1847 was trustee in the Buffalo Lutheran congregation as it was organized that year; his brother Benjamin was elected Elder and his brother George was elected Deacon. The Lutherans shared the church building with the Reformed congregation until 1886. A photograph of Conrad's children is in The Airy View" newsletter of The Perry Historians (P. O. Box 73, Newport,, PA 17074), Vol.40, No. 1 (January, 2015), p. 6.
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Rice-1392 reports: "Zachariah Rice, who emigrated from Yellow springs, in Chester county, in 1786, with 10 or 12 of his sons, settled in what is now Perry and Juniata Counties. One of these sons was Conrad, who purchased, soon after 1786, land in this vicinity, probably the Kinkead lands. He settled in Liberty Valley where he lived until his death, aged about 62 years. His sons were Samuel, William and Conrad. Samuel also settled in Liberty Valley (Josiah Rice, of Landisburg, ex-register of Perry County, is his son). William located in Loysville and kept store for a time, and moved to Blain, where he died. Conrad settled on the homestead, where he died. Rebecca and Sarah Rice were daughters of Conrad Rice Sr.; the former became the wife of Samuel Shull, and the latter married Michael Ickes." He ws a Democrat,
