Margaret's obituary: "Dexter - Margaret Agnes (Cobb) Haskell passed away peacefully August 6, 2008 from complications of respiratory disease at home surrounded by her family. She was born May 27, 1930 in Delhousie, New Brunswick, a daughter of Francis Freeman and Phyllis R. (Worden) Cobb. She attended Becker Junior College and spent almost 35 years working at Dexter Shoe Company. She also did volunteer work at the office of Dr. Challa Reddy. Margaret was a communicant of St. Annes Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by 3 sisters, Delores Denise Leighton, Thelma Marie Pomeroy, Katherine Theresa Cobb; brother, Joseph Raymond Cobb; infant daughter, Patricia Laurene Haskell; granddaughter, Lisa Marie Bagley; 2 brother-in-laws, Edwin Leighton and John Giambusso. Margaret is survived by her husband of 60 years, Lawrence M. Haskell, Sr. of Dexter;3 daughters, Bonnie Jean Bagley and husband Roy of Gray; Patricia Frazier and husband Scott of Bucksport; Lynn Marie (Manson) Bailey and husband Jason of Waterville; a son, Lawrence M. Haskell, Jr. and wife Cathy of Sangerville; a sister Clara Doreen Giambusso of Palm Springs, California; 3 brothers Francis F. Cobb, Jr (Bud) and wife Sylvia of Salem, Massachusetts; John and wife Neva Cobb of Corinna; Robert (Bob) Cobb and wife Joan of Newfoundland, Canada; grandchildren: Shaun M. Frazier and wife Kim of Bucksport, Karen Bagley of Medford, Massachusetts, Mark Bagley and wife Diana of Townsend, Massachusetts, Keith Bagley and wife Alison of Leominster, Massachusetts, Samantha Howard and husband Brian of Sangerville, Hogan Haskell of Sangerville, Kyle Manson of Waterville; great-grandchildren: Madison Frazier and Courtney Killinger of Bucksport, Hannah and Nick Bagley and Evelyn and Noah Bagley of Massachusetts, Hilary and Grant Howard of Sangerville; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as friends, relatives, and neighbors who helped provide friendship and care."

Nathaniel Steen's extensive obituary is in the "Bucyrus Journal [Bucyrus, Ohio], 19 December 1919," p. 7, which reports he was a Civil War soldier, a butcher and meat market owner, and held several offices in the city of Bucyrus. His father, John Steen, emigrated from Ireland at age 12 and in 1827 married Mary Davis of Cumberland Co., PA. Nathaniel and Elizabeth had no children. 8 May 1890 Nathaniel married Nancy Jane Zook - they had no child but she brought to the marriage a son, Lloyd Zook.

[30172] Norma's obituary: "Norma Polla, a resident of Wappingers Falls since 1966 and formerly of Bronx, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 29, 2004, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie. She was 97. Daughter of the late Dominico and Angelina Teza, she was born June 4, 1907 in New York City. She married Vittorio E. Polla, who preceded her in death on December 7, 1986. Mrs. Polla was a telephone operator for New York Telephone in New York City. She is survived by her son, Albert A. Polla and his wife, Juanita, of Wappingers Falls and a grandson, Gregory M. Polla, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Polla was predeceased by two brothers, Oscar and Mario, and one sister, Norena. Private funeral services were held Saturday, October 2, 2004. Interment will be in the family plot at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Route 9, Fishkill."
