On Sept. 5, 1850 she married Henry Sheibley of that same locality and lived there until 1869. In that year they came west and located at Decatur where since they have made their home. Mrs. Sheibley has always been a member of the Church of God. She is survived by her husband and four daughters, Mrs. Henry D.Weikel, Mrs. John H.Rainey, Mrs. Charles Weaver all of Decatur and Mrs. Lewis B. Bassler of Assumption. She also leaves two sisters and two brothers, Mrs.Sarah Spera of Decatur, John Shoemaker of Pa. and W. H.Shoemaker of Decatur. Aside from these she is survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren all residing in and around Decatur."
