[22188] In 2007 http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/FRANKISH%20NOBILITY.htm offers: "Nibelung [I], illegitimate son of Childebrand [I] & his mistress --- ([705/20]-before 786). Fredegar names Nibelung as son of Childebrand, specifying that he was the continuator of work on the chronicle after his father died. An approximate birth date range of [705/20] is assigned to Nibelung for the purposes only of narrowing the possible birth date ranges of his supposed descendants. The cartulary of Gorze records a charter of 'Childeraud' dated 762 which is subscribed by 'Nivelungi', maybe father and son. The cartulary of Gorze records a charter which names 'Nebolungus' as benefactor of Angilramn Bishop of Metz. A charter dated to [866/75] relating to a dispute between 'Vulfaldum episcopum et Heccardum comitem' concerning land at Perrecy, heard before 'Leudo episcopus et Adelardus comes missi dominici in comitatu Augustidunense', refers to a charter 'de temporibus domni Pipini regis sive de nomen Nivelongi'."

From which office he assumed the sirname of Falconer, and the armorial bearing of the family, both ancient and modern, alludes to that office. The lands of Luthra, which seems to be so called from its situation on the water of Lu|ther, and Rath or Ra, which signifies a town or farm, is said to have had its name changed long ago to Halkertoun or Hawkertoun, from the office of its proprietor, which hath conti|nued to be the chief title of the family ever since. [2352] http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/BRABANT, LOUVAIN.htm offers: The Genealogica comitum Buloniensium records that "Henricum seniorem de Bursella [=filius Ermengardis]" was father of "Lambertum comitem et Henricum fratrem eius et Mathildem sororem eorum", specifying that Mathilde married "comes Eustachius de Bolonia", but this appears to be a confused representation of the situation. The primary source which confirms that Mathilde was the daughter of Comte Lambert has not yet been identified but this is compatible with the chronology. Her birth date range estimated from the estimated date of her parents' marriage and the likely birth date of her eldest son in [1015/20]. This shows that it is chronologically impossible for Mathilde's father to have been the son of Ermengardis of Lower Lotharingia. m EUSTACHE Comte [de Boulogne], son of BAUDOUIN Comte [de Boulogne] & his wife Adelais of Holland (-[1049]).

[48276] "The Perry County Times [New Bloomfield, PA], 9 November 1922", p. 3: "Mrs. Laura Alexander, one of the best known and most highly esteemed women of New Bloomfield, died Friday night about 10 o'clock in the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, to which institution she had been taken Aug. 2, by her daughter. Mrs. M. L. Ritter, of Newport. Thirteen months and one day before her death, Mrs. Alexander lost by death her youngest daughter, Mrs. Wm. H. Snyder, of Duncannon, and since which time her health had been failing rapidly. She was the victim of high blood pressure with its accompanying affliction, hardening of the arteries, from which her death resulted in a peaceful sleep at the above hour. In the afternoon of the Friday Mrs. Alexander had a relapse and her family was at once sent for, but did not arrive until after the end had come. Deceased, who was aged 69 years, 5 month and 22 days, was the daughter of the late Jacob and Caroline Sheibley, was the last of her immediate family and was born on the Sheibly farm in Spring township. Mrs. Alexander was first married to Wm. F. Comp and later to Dr. R. M. Alexander and lived all her life in Perry county and for many years in New Bloomfield. She was the mother of three daughters to her first husband, namely, Mrs. Jesse Bryner, of Philadelphia; Carrie, Mrs. C. L. Darlington, New Bloomfield, and Maud, Mrs. M. L. Ritter, of Newport, also by four grandchildren. One daughter, Jeannette, the late Mrs. Wm. H. Snyder, was the only child to her second marriage. Mrs. Alexander was a staunch member of the Bloomfield Presbyterian church in which organization she will be greatly missed as well as among her friends and children and especially in the home of Mrs. Darlington where she had lived the latter days of her life. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Darlington home at 11 a. m., Rev. I. Potter Hayes of the Bloomfield Presbyterian church officiating, with interment in Bloomfield cemetery."
