[46637] "News-Journal [Mansfield, Ohio], 20 September 2004," p. 6: "Mansfield - Naomi May Reiter, 92, formerly of 1738 Wooster Rd., died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at MedCentralMansfield Hospital after a brief illness. Born December 18, 1911 in Ashland County, OH, she was the daughter of Charles Melvin and Laura (Roseborough) Helbert. She has lived in Mansfield since 1934 and was a member of Ridgeway First Church of God. Mrs. Reiter was a member of the Daughters of Herman, the Church of God Women's Ministry and various garden clubs. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Frederick J. and Joyce Reiter of Mansfield; a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Clyde Hunter of Nipomo, CA; four grandchildren, Frederick (Mindi) Reiter of Mansfield, F. Scott (Gail) Hunter of Gilroy, CA, Victor (Dawn) Hunter of Santa Clara, CA, and Deborah (Paul) Lillak, Tracy, CA; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Raymond 'Bill' Helbert of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl R. Reiter in August 2000, two brothers and two sisters. Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Tuesday September 21, 2004 from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor John Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park."
