Marcia's obituary:"Lowell, Feb, 7 - Mrs. Marcia Priest, widow of Charles Priest, died in a Bangor hospital, Feb. 2, after a long illness. Mrs. Priest was born on Varney Hill in Lowell, Sept. 29, 1868. She was a daughter of Levi Varney, who was a Civil War veteran. When Mr. Varney died about 1878, the family moved to Bangor. In 1892, Mr. and Mrs. Priest were married and she came back to Lowell to live. After Mr. Priest's death Mrs. Priest lived with a daughter in Lowell and Massachusetts. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Grace Edgecomb of Brockton, Mass.; a son, Haller Priest of Lowell; a sister, Mrs. Frank A. Carlson of Brockton, Mass.; a brother, Charles L. Varney of Boston; three grandchildren, in Providence, R.I., and four grandchildren in Lowell. The
