After several years he moved to the village where he conducted a starch factory and a feed and grain store previous to his coming to Conway where he has been extensively engaged in farming and dairying. . . . . Survivors include his wife, formerly Miss Ethel Long, to whom he was married in 1898, one daughter, Mrs. Dora Atwater, and five sons, Josiah, Gerald and Warren, all of Limestone, Linwood Noyes of Caribou, Me., and Philip Noyes of Conway."

Mr. Sweger was born in Bloomfield, Pa., and was a resident of Stratford 57 years. H was employed by the Biard Machine company 38 years, retiring as a machinist 19 years ago. He was also a U.S. Army veteran of World War 1. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Whitley Sweger of Stratford; two sons, Edward W. Sweger of Trumbull and Robert M.
