Taylor (b. 20 Oct 1898 in Terre Haute, IN, d. 3 July 1967 in Traverse City, MI) and Fred H. (b. 4 Apr 1904, d. 30 June 1964 at Traverse City, MI). Bert d. 6 Feb 1961 in Newport News, VA. Gert resided in the old Gardner home at 330 W. Seventh St., Traverse City, MI for many years after divorcing "Bert". "Traverse City Record-Eagle [Traverse City, Michigan], 17 April 1956," p. 3: "Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Gardner Taylor of 330 West Seventh street, who passed away Thursday following a long illness, were held Monday afternoon at Reynolds funeral home. Rev. Glenn R. Dill, pastor of the Evangelical United Brethren church, officiated and interment was made in the Gardner family lot in Oakwood cemetery. The name of Col. Gardner Piper of the Pentagon, a nephew, was omitted from the list of survivors previously given to Record-Eagle."

Archer, "Ancestors and Descendants of Joshua Williams," p. 40. The 2 July 1860 census of Great Pond, ME lists his household: George Williams (36, farmer), Louiza [sic] (34), Harriet A. (10), George (8), Tilden (6), Arthur (5), Nelson (3), Eva (8 months) and Charles E. (12, listed last as if not a child of George). The unverified Merrill Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2016 offers: "When Louisa Richardson was born on August 6, 1825, in Aurora, Maine, her father, Samuel, was 25 and her mother, Betsey, was 24. She married George Frank Williams on February 26, 1843, in her hometown. They had 12 children in 28 years. She died on April 4, 1911, in Chelsea, Maine, having lived a long life of 85 years, and was buried there."
