For the past five years, she made her home with Mrs. Myra Billington at Surry. She is survived by two stepsons, Varden and Roscoe Higgins, both of East Corinth; one step daughter, Mrs. Pauline Garland of Brewer; severa step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. . . . Burial will be at Seaside Cemetery, Blue Hill."

He was a former director of the Logan County Fish and Game association and was an avid fisherman. He suffered a cerebral hemorhage a few hours after returning from a day of fishing. He had been retired since 1949. Mr. Webster was a native of Lancaster and had served in post-offices at Baltimore and Rosedale, Fairfield county. He moved to Springfield in 1911 and was employed by NYC, coming to Bellefontaine in 1913. He was a member of First Presbyterian church here, the Masonic lodge and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Rites will be conducted at the Eicholtz funeral home, with burial in Bellefontaine cemetery. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Mrs. Edward Core, Rushsylvania ; three sons, Dr. F. Blair Webster, Bellefountaine; Charles, Brunswick, O.; and John of Long Beach, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Frank Smith of Sharon, Pa. The 1920 federal census states his wife is Bernice M. - she is buried with Frank. The federal census in 1900 in Lancaster, Fairfield Co., OH lists Frank (age 17) as grandson in the household headed by Anna P. Parian (age 64, b. in Germany).
