In Altenburg on 1 January 1593 she married with Johann, Duke of Saxe-Weimar. They had twelve children, included the famous general Bernhard of Saxe-Weimar and Ernst I of Saxe-Gotha. Dorothea Maria had an accident while riding a horse and died of the injuries at Weimar. Her funeral took place on 24 August 1617 in the Schloss Hornstein (later Wilhelmsburg Castle); in this occasion, the Fruitbearing Society was created and her younger brother, Ludwig of Anhalt-Köthen, was appointed his first head."

Barber (b. ca. 1794 in New York, NY) and Nancy McIntosh (b. ca. 1790 in Scotland). Find A Grave Memorial 157161159 offers: "James was the son of Robert J. and Nancy Agnes McIntosh Barber of Pennsylvania and Scotland with siblings: Mariah and Robert. He was a farmer. He married Malinda Shroyer on 17 April 1851 in Wood County. She died on the 20 October 1857 and is buried in Chestnut Ridge. His second marriage was to Henrietta Keller on 19 April 1860 in Wood County. His third marriage was to Sophia Bellville on 13 October 1864 but they divorced."
