Briner were happily married, in the presence of a large number of invited guests. It was shortly after half past six o'clock, the appointed hour, when the wedding parly descended the stairs and entered the parlor, to the measured strains of the wedding march, played by Miss Ida Zerfing, of Landisburg. Misses Rhoda and Gladys Shearer, little daughters of Mr. George P. Shearer, of Shermansdale, were flower girls. The bridal couple took their places before the officiating minister, Rev. V. T. After congratulations and best wishes a bountiful and sumptuous wedding supper was served and a delightful evening was spent by all present. The bride was very becomingly gowned in white silk, decollette, and carried white carnations. Tbe bridesmaid and the little flower girls were also dressed in white and carried carnations, the ensemble presenting a most charming picture.
