Mr. Hoerner served as superintendent of the First United Brethren Church for many years. A cabinet maker, he was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America. He was employed by the Hershey Lumber Products, in Hershey, for 22 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma H. Hoerner; three sons, Harry T., of Collingdale, George M. and Charles D., of Newville; two daughters, Mrs. Grace Buser and Mrs. Pearl Wollerton, both of Hershey; three brothers, Alfred and Frank, of this city, and Edward, of Boiling Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Cole, of Camp Hill, and Mrs. Grace German, of Highspire, and eight grandchildren."
