Ray Kohler offers from the "Flickinger Book":
Jacob Rice, 3d, son of Zachariah, was a native of Chester county, and there md. Catherine Foose. They wre farmers and Lutherans. In 1790, after the birth of two or more children, they migrated to Loysville, Perry Co and soon afterward to Juniata county, where on Jan. 1, 1803, Jacob became owner of his father's farm at Church Hill, near Port Royal, PA.
On that same day he deeded 1 1/2 acres of land on the brow of the hill, on this farm, to Peter Rice, his brother, and Valantine Wisehaupt, trustees of the German Lutheran congregation of the Tuscarora Valley, for a place of worship.
Jacob Rice was a leader in the song services of the church. It was a source of great pleasure to him to have the young people meet at his house, and thus aid them in learning the hymns and tunes.
After the death of Catherine, Jacob md Barbara Landis. He died at 71, April 1, 1838. F-5, three of whom were born in Chester Co.

[30937] "Richard Warren of the Mayflower and some of his descendants," Emily Warren Roebling (Boston: David Clapp & Son, 1901) offers: "Abigail Warren, probably the youngest daughter, was also one of the 'Ann's' passengers. She married, 8 November, 1639, Anthony Snow of Plymouth, receiving as a marriage portion from her mother, 9 January, 1639, a deed for her 'house situated near the place called Wellingsley (alis) Hobshole, with the eight acres of land thereunto adjoining.' This is the first appearance of the name Wellingsley in the Plymouth records. Shortly after marriage Mr. Snow removed to Marshfield, where he became one of the leading citizens of the town; was surveyor of highways in 1651, constable 1652, representative to the General Court of Plymouth Colony in 1656 and twenty years following, selectman in 1666 and afterwards several years, collector of the excise 3 June, 1668, and member of the Plymouth Council-of-War for Plymouth Colony in 1675. Sometime before his death he gave to the town a piece of land near the meeting-house for a graveyard, where he was buried, and which is still in use. His will, dated 28 December, 1685, with codicil of 8 August, 1692, named wife Abigail, and children given below. Inventory of his estate taken 12 November, 1692."
