Jefferson Co., FL Deed Book NNN, pp. 431-433 recorded 16 September 1952 an indenture from William and Eulee conveying 787 acres of the Scruggs farm with the provision that "The families with relations now buried in the Scruggs Cemetery shall have a direct easement for travel, conveniently located, to continue the use and keep in repair, said cemetery."
