He leaves his wife, who was Hannah Ray of Mllbrldge, and eight children, George, John, Herbert, Mrs. Wilbur Strout and Mrs. Spencer Moore of Cherryfield, Mrs. Leon Tabbutt, Mrs. Colin Strout and Mrs. Arno Jordan of Bar Harbor, besides several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Of these Mrs. Harold Strout and Miss Ethel Leighton of Waterville have lived since infancy in their grandfather's family. Funeral services were held at his home, Rev. Mr. Gordon of Harrington officiating. The sons served as bearers."
