[24341] Jane Evans Best's article, "Meyer Families Update," in the "Pennsylvania Mennonite Heritage" magazine, April 1998, p. 32, states that Baschi Meyer was a cabinetmaker and "in 1633 [an] Anabaptist who settled without permission in Stallikon with his wife, owning no property" and that in the census lists of Stallikon his wife is "Tylli Müller, probably the Ottila Müller imprisoned in Oethenbach in Zurich in 1639 with Barbara Meylin, Elizabeth Meylin, sisters of the Anabaptist minister, and Barbara Kolb. Their son Hans Meyer, seventeen years old in 1637, may be the one recorded in 1685 as an Anabaptist at Rudelsheim, now Ludwigshöhe, north of Guntersblum, Germany, with his wife Anna Bauman and nine children, two of whom were married." Baschi Meyer's ancestry is from F. Leonard Sibel, Jr. as posted in Ancestry World Tree in 2004 and is not verified - this file states that Baschi m. Orrilia "Tylli" Mueller about 1622 in Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire, England, daughter of Hansen Mueller (she was b. 5 Dec 1598 in Rossdorf, Sachsae-Meiningen, Canton Thurgau, Switzerland and d. 1639/40 in Zurich, Switzerland.
