(24, packer in a fish plant), son Edwin C. (8) and father-in-law Seward E. Seeley (57, b. in NY, salter in a fish plant). Her obituary 28 Feb 2006 in the Bangor Daily News: "DEDHAM - Mildred W. Miller, 94, wife of the late Maurice Miller, passed away peacefully Feb. 26, 2006, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born Jan. 7, 1912, in North Orland, the daughter of Alvertie and Carrie (Gray) Gray. Mildred worked the family farm with her husband, all of her married life, making butter with weekly deliveries to customers in Brewer and Bangor. She was a member of the New Century Grange, the Dedham Congregational Church, and loved bowling and belonged to a local league. She is survived by two daughters, Maurine Grant Kimball of Portland and Phyllis and her husband, Philip Gross, of Orland; one son, Paul Miller and his wife, Patricia, of Dedham; three brothers and their wives, Alvertie Gray Jr. and Carol of Orland, Foster Gray and Irene of Dedham, Lloyd Gray and Roberta of Augusta; two sisters, Lora Donnell of Bucksport, Ione Elmore of Indiana; nine grandchildren, Connie Bishop, Audrey Mullins, Michael, Wayne, and Phyllis Grant, Danita Van Alstine, Lynne Saucier, Beth Miller Drake and John Miller; several nieces and nephews; including a special greatnephew, Eugene Cunningham and his wife, Theresa; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by six brothers, Marshall, Norman, Owen, Olin, Kenneth, Forrest; and one sister, Erma. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, at the Dedham Congregational Church, with the Rev. Dana Douglass, pastor, officiating. Friends may call 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the church until time of the service. Spring interment will be at Brookside Cemetery, Dedham."
