Find A Grave memorial 142328147 offers: "Samuel Thomasson (Thomason) was most likely born in King and Queen County, VA, which was formed in 1691. His father Thomas Thomason's first recorded land patent was in King William County, Virginia in 1703, two years after King William County was formed in 1701 from King and Queen County. Samuel was the son of Thomas Thomason and Genia Reeves. His siblings were George Thomason (1703-1783), and Thomas Thomason, Jr. (d. ca 1773). Samuel moved to Fredericksville Parish, Louisa County, Virginia, as his brother George had.
Samuel owned 400 acres of land between Christopher's Run and Duckinghole Creek in Louisa County. His will is on file in Louisa County. His first wife was Hannah Glass. There were 12 possible children. Samuel is thought to have been buried near Providence, Virginia, however his grave has not been located."
