[4212] "News-Journal [Mansfield, Ohio], 26 January 1926," p. 2: "Mrs. Sarah M. Paullln, aged 9I years, a. resident of thia city for many years died Monday at Toledo, and the body will be brought to Mansfield today for funeral services, which will be held at the Wappner chapel Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Mrs. Paullin waa born July 30, 1835 at Mt. Sterling, and came to Richland county with her parents when five years old. For or many years following her marriage to Peter Paullin she resided at Newville where she was well known. For a number of yeara she resided on this city before going to Toledo. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist church and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Fred Daly, south of the city, and Mrs. Houk wife of Rev. G. W. Houk of Lorain. There are also a number of grand children great grand children and other relatives. The body waa removed to the Wappner funeral home this afternoon, and private funeral services In charge of Rev. I. K. Umbarger will be conducted at their chapel Wednesday morning. Burial will be made in the St. John's cemetery In Monroe township."An Ancestry.com file states she was b. in July 1835 in OH and d. after 1910. Her parents are Jenry Wetzel (b. 1788 in PA) and wife Susanna _____ (b. 1799 in PA) according to an unverified file in Ancestry.com which also provides her death date and place and states she r. Worthington, Richland Co., OH in the 1860 through 1900 federal censuses, and then in Ward 4, Mansfield,Richland Co., OH in the 1910 and 1920 censuses.
