Notes by JAMES JEROME "JERRY" ROBERTSON: I started compiling this record in 1999. I began by transcribing my grandfather's (William Hillman Robertson) family Bible. This program contains records of my father and mother's families. My aim is to correctly record documents, photographs, and anecdotes of as many relatives as possible. First in importance to me is my ancestors, getting their information is often complicated, especially when records are rare and antiquated. I have depended often on "word of mouth" from many helpful older members of the family. Several "cousins" and unrelated researchers also contributed, for their unselfish assistance I am very grateful. More: Graduation: June 1967, Pisgah Senior High School.
