In 2007 http://www.fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/ANGOULEME.htm offers: "Arnaud 'Mancer' d'Angoulême, illegitimate son of Guillaume II 'Taillefer' Comte d'Angoulême & his mistress --- (-[4] Mar [989/91], bur Angoulême Saint-Cybard). The Chronicle of Adémar de Chabannes records that the testament of 'Willelmus Sector ferri' was signed by '…Arnaldus filius Willelmi, Adhemarus filius Willelmi', another manuscript stating that he had no children by his wife and that these two sons were born 'ex concubinis'. Ademar names Arnaud son of 'Willelmi Sectoris-ferri', recording that he defeated and killed his second cousin Ranulf 'Bompar' in 975, succeeding as Arnaud 'Mancer' Comte d'Angoulême. The Chronicle of Adémar de Chabannes records that 'Arnaldus…comes Engolismensis' abdicated in 988 in favour of his son Guillaume, took the monastic habit at 'ecclesia Buxensi sancti Amancii' and entered the monastery of 'sancti Eparchii' [Saint-Cybard] where he was buried 'IV Non Mar' next to his father.

'Willelmus comes' restored the monastery of Saint-Amant-de-Boixe to the cathedral of Angoulême by charter dated 988 after 4 Mar, naming 'genitoris mei Arnaldi et Bellus Homo clericus avunculus meus'.
- m secondly (before 13 May 988) Aaldearde d'Aulnay, widow of Arbert [I] Vicomte de Thouars, daughter of Cadelon [II] Vicomte d'Aulnay & his first wife Senegundis --- (-[1020]). 'Senegundis' donated property 'in pago Alnisio' to the Saint-Maixent by charter dated May 964 subscribed by 'Cadelonis, Ebulonis, Ode, Aldeardis, Goscelmi', 'Aldeardis' presumably referring to her daughter. 'Audeardis et filii meum' returned property to Saint-Maixent by charter dated 13 May 988 which refers to the burial of 'Arbertum seniorem meum' and was subscribed by '…Aimerici filii sui…'. However, the document which links these two references and confirms that Aldéarde wife of Vicomte Arbert [I] was the daughter of Cadelon [III] has not so far been located. The primary source which confirms her second marriage has not yet been identified."

And this my sayd Son Grand Son Samuel to have after my decease and to pay twenty shillings unto his grandmother my wife. [20029] Her grave marker states she d. 23 Fe 1889! Eunice and Josiah had five children, named in her obituary. See DAR national numbers 328409 and 261130. She invited each of their grand-daughters to visit on their farm in the summer in order to teach them housewifery. Those who graduated were given a diploma, a complete set of bed linens and bed clothing. They were taught spinning, weaving, sewing, dairying, cooking, and the saving and use of scraps in making patchwork quilts (one quilt she made is owned by Patricia Ann Piper, ggg-granddaughter). David Ellis Piper wrote: "This lady from Massachusetts - my grand-grandmother Milbourn - was deeply religious. On Saturday night when the sun set her meals for the Sabbath were all cooked. She laid aside her knitting - all knit clothing was made at home - and all work of every kind on the farm ceased. On Sunday night when the sun set this good lady took up her knitting and the workaday week had started." http://www.odenkirk.com offers: "Eunice Pratt was the daughter of Oliver Cromwell Pratt, a native of Boston, and Jedidah Luce who was a native of Martha's Vineyard. They settled in the State of Maine, where Eunice was born, and later moved to Albany N. Y. On their way to Ohio in 1814 they came by way of Buffalo, N.Y. and saw the smoke of the burning city when it was destroyed by the British troops. They remained for one year in Trumbull County, Ohio and came on to Wayne County in 1815 entering the tract of land later purchased by Josiah Milbourn. Mr. Pratt engaged in farming and the raising of silkworms. The obituary of Eunice Pratt Milbourn appeared in the Wooster Republican on Thursday Feb. 28, 1889. Mrs. Eunice Milbourn, aged nearly 87 years, died at her house near Madisonburg on Saturday night. Her death was caused by gangrene, resulting from injuries sustained several weeks ago. The funeral services will be held at the house at 9:30 Tuesday morning. The doctor's report said the accident resulted in 'a fracture of the neck of the femur.' Note: Livermore Twp. is now in Androscoggin Co., ME (which was taken from Oxford Co.).
