A son, Henry, and daughter, Annie, died in their youth. In 1866 Mrs. Geib died and two years later Mr, Geib married his first wife's sister. Miss Margaret Pfautz. The second marriage was blessed with five children, all of whom are living as follows: Mrs. Lizzie Bomberger, of near Reistville; Jonas, of Richland; Daniel, residing on the old homestead; Eli, at home, who attended to his father during his old age, and Mrs. Fannie Royer, of Reistville.
